The AlwaysOnTop program is a free web browser. The browser is really a thin shell over the Microsoft Internet Explorer you already have on your PC. The only new thing is that the browser window is always on top of all other windows.So, if you watch TV or video clips on your computer, you can use the AlwaysOnTop browser to keep the TV always on top of of all your other windows.
